Who we are
BimTikit is a ticketing platform made in Barbados, for Barbados.
We built it for the island's music and culture: the fetes, the Crop Over season, the cooler cruises, the concerts and the beach limes that bring people together. It is where Bajan promoters put their tickets on sale, and where you go to get yours.
Everything on BimTikit is priced in Barbados dollars, sorted by parish and built around how events on this island actually run, from the ticket booth to the gate.
How it works
Find your vibe. Browse every event on sale, search by name, venue or category, or filter by parish to see what is on near you.
Get your tikit. Pick your tickets, check the total and pay on a secure card page. No account needed.
Show up and enjoy. Your tickets land in your inbox with their own QR codes. Show them at the gate and you're in.
For event-goers
Buying a ticket should be the easy part of your night. Here is what to expect:
No sign-up. Just your name and email at checkout.
Clear pricing. You see the Taxes & Fees and the total before you pay.
Safe card payments. You enter your card details on our payment processor's secure page. BimTikit never sees or stores them.
Tickets straight away. Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets are emailed to you, each with its own QR code, dressed in the event's own look.
Always within reach. Lost the email? Open your order online, confirm the email you bought with, and your tickets are there.
Drinks sorted early. Where an event offers it, pre-order drinks in the same checkout, pay once and collect at the bar.
Every event, its own page. Flyer, details, times and tickets, all in one place you can share with your crew.
For organisers
You bring the event. BimTikit handles the ticketing, from the first sale to the last scan at the gate.
Your own event page from your flyer. Upload your artwork and we build a full page around it, with colours drawn from your poster. Fine-tune it in the designer whenever you like.
Publish when you're ready. New events start as private drafts, so nothing goes live until you say so.
Online and printed tickets together. Sell online and through outlets with printed stock that shares the same secure QR. Online and printed sales draw from separate allocations, so no place is sold twice, and a whole print batch can be voided in one go.
A scanner that works at the gate. Our door scanner runs in the browser on your team's phones. It keeps checking tickets even when the signal drops, and each ticket admits one person only, even with two doors scanning at once.
A bar scanner too. Redeem drink pre-orders at the bar without the guesswork.
Your team, invited properly. Add door and bar staff by email invite. Each person signs in as themselves.
Know how you're doing. Follow sales, revenue, orders and attendees in your promoter portal, export your guest list, and check your statements.
Ready to share. Get your event link with captions already written, plus QR posters and story graphics that send people straight to your page.
